Tracy is passionate about family law knowing she can make a difference in areas that matter the most to people: their children and financial security. She truly cares about helping her clients and is passionate about fighting for what is right for them and their family.

"I thrive in giving my clients piece of mind. I believe that knowledge is power and understanding your rights and obligations is key to reaching any resolution. The decisions that need to be made in family law are the most important emotional decisions a person will ever have to make, and I want to play an active role in these."

She has seen the devastating effects a separation can have on her clients, their children and loved ones. Knowing that her clients are often dealing with a wide range of emotions, she makes them feel comfortable and listens to understand their needs with compassion and empathy.

Her analytical approach enables her to see more than one way to resolving a situation or arguing a case. "I look at a case from all angles to be able to draw logical conclusions. Creative problem solving has shown me that the best solution is not always the most obvious one. You need to think outside the box!"

Being persuasive and able to read others have also enabled her clients to achieve desired results in court and negotiated settlements. She is an experienced litigator having appeared before the court at both the trial and appeal levels since 2004 and can help you navigate the legal process efficiently. She runs a busy practice, a business and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
